- All products are shipped from Japan.
Domestic Shipping:
- Domestic shipping fee: A flat rate of ¥1,100 (tax included) is charged.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after shipment.
International Shipping:
- Orders are shipped via International Speed Post (EMS).
- Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region. Accurate shipping fees are provided after entering your location in the cart.
- Estimated international shipping fee to the USA: ¥5,300 (up to 1kg). Exact shipping fees are determined at the time of purchase based on the number of items, product type, weight, and total weight of all products.
- Not all shipping options are available in all regions.
- Estimated delivery time to the USA: 11-14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs procedures or local delivery conditions.
- Customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
- For questions regarding your shipment, please contact the shipping company with the tracking number.
- Processing Time
- Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days.
- During special sales periods, holidays, or busy seasons, there may be slight delays in shipping. In such cases, we will notify you via email in advance.
- Shipping Method
- Domestic shipping is carried out by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
- International shipping is carried out by reliable international shipping companies via EMS.
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email after the product is shipped, allowing you to track your shipment online.
- Incorrect or Defective Products
- Notify us within 10 days of receipt, before wearing the product.
- If items are missing upon delivery, please send us a photo of the packaging. Without a photo, we cannot resend missing items.
- After 10 days of delivery, it is assumed that there are no defects, errors, or shortages.
- Cases Where Shipping is Not Possible
- Shipping information is incomplete (e.g., unknown address, missing contact details).
- Shipments cannot be sent to PO boxes or package stations.
- The product is temporarily out of stock.
- Delays occur due to natural disasters or transportation disruptions.
