Delivery Time: For in-stock products, we generally ship within 5 business days after order confirmation. Please note that shipping may take longer during year-end holidays, natural disasters, etc. If the item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
Delivery Method: After we arrange the shipment, it will be delivered by a courier.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
- Only defective products can be returned or exchanged.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days (30 days for some products) of receipt.
- Cancellations after payment are not possible.
